Shipping policy

Domestic:

Orders are shipped in 24–48 hours, except Sundays/public holidays.

Delivery takes 2–7 days depending on your location.

Real-time tracking is shared via SMS/email upon dispatch.

COD is available in select pincodes with an additional fee.

Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

International:

International shipping is available to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia.

Orders are shipped within 3–5 days and may take 7–21 working days to arrive.

Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination.

Tracking will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

We do not accept liability for customs rejections, delays, or import taxes.

🌍 International Order Terms

Once confirmed, international orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, or rejections by customs.

Orders are packed securely for long-distance shipping; however, any leakage/damage after customs clearance is not covered.

We do not reship or refund orders held, rejected, or delayed by your country’s import laws.

Email us for clarification before placing a bulk or first-time international order.

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

International customers may see final prices excluding Indian GST but subject to local import duties.

Any coupons or promotions must be applied before checkout and cannot be adjusted later.

Prices are subject to change based on raw material cost or market rates.

🧼 Hygiene & Food Safety Policy

All items are prepared in a FSSAI-licensed, sanitized cloud kitchen.

Staff undergo routine medical checks and food safety training.

Fresh ingredients only – no harmful preservatives or artificial colors.

Packaging is done using food-grade, tamper-evident materials.

Waste management and disposal are done as per municipal and FSSAI guidelines.

📦 Packaging & Delivery Policy

All products are packed securely to withstand long travel, especially pickles and sweets.

Packaging is done in leak-proof jars, double-sealed pouches, or insulated boxes.

Eco-friendly materials used wherever possible.

For gift orders, custom messages or gift wrapping available on request (extra charge).

Please check contents upon delivery; tampered boxes should not be accepted.

📞 Customer Support Policy

Support hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

We respond to WhatsApp/email queries within 24 hours.

Emergency order issues (missing/damaged) are prioritized.

Courteous and respectful communication is expected on both sides.
