Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them on our website.

Once the order is in preparation or packed, cancellation is not possible.

Orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato must follow their cancellation guidelines.

Bulk orders (above ₹2,000) must be cancelled within 15 minutes or are considered final.

Shefa Foods reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, incorrect addresses, or operational limitations. In such cases, a full refund is initiated.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns for edible items once delivered, as per FSSAI and hygiene norms.

If the package is damaged, opened, or tampered upon delivery, report it within 24 hours with photographs.

Incorrect product received? We’ll send a free replacement or issue store credit.

No returns on customized orders (e.g., gift packs, bulk/seasonal combos).

All return claims must be validated by our team before processing.

💸 Refund Policy

Prepaid order refunds (eligible ones) are processed to the original payment method.

UPI/Credit/Debit refunds may take 5–7 business days; international refunds can take 7–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for taste preferences or subjective complaints (e.g., spice levels).

In case of duplicate payments or order failures, please contact us with your payment reference ID.

Refunds for product issues will be considered only if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
